
Kristy Jane From-Brown has been a practicing artist in Huntsville for the past fifteen years, teaching at the Huntsville Museum of Art and holding previous gallery administration positions at the University of Alabama-Huntsville and Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment. Kristy is our incumbent ALWCA President and has recently become the Huntsville Museum of Art's AIDB (Alabama Institute for the Deaf and Blind) Art Instructor at the Museum Academy.

Jill Johnson is an associate professor of painting and drawing at the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She received her MFA from the University of Georgia, and her BA from the University of South Florida. Jill has lived in Huntsville since 2003, and was recently featured in the “Celebrating Our Own” exhibition at the Huntsville Museum of Art, is a Scorpio, and enjoys phenomenology, British detective shows, and making felt stuffed animals.

Teri Hartmann is a Ceramic Artist in Huntsville, Alabama, who has a studio at Lowe Mill that provides ceramic experiences for beginners through advanced potters in the Tennessee Valley. Through the exploration of organic raku forms, she is currently transitioning from functional pottery to sculptural ceramic art. She has participated in shows at UAH, Lowe Mill, and Huntsville Art League. She is currently working on a solo show based on The Poetics of Space by Gaston Bachelard.

Visual narrator Cindy Wagner tells stories through several artistic mediums including photography, digital image making, mixed media, and painting. She holds a BFA in Painting from IUPUI Herron School of Art and Design in Indianapolis, Indiana and an AS Visual Communications/ Photography from Ivy Tech in Columbus, Indiana.

Aynslee Moon is originally from Amory, Mississippi. She has a B.F.A. in painting from the University of Mississippi and an M.F.A in painting from the University of Alabama. Her work has been exhibited locally and nationally, and her artwork and her writing were published in Ruminate Magazine. Her studio, named Moonline Studio, is part of Lowe Mill ARTS and Entertainment, located in Huntsville, AL.
